Once again, S&Z had the pleasure of supporting TUI Cruises in the preparation of its sustainability report! We continue to be impressed by the efforts of the Hamburg-based company, including its two brands Mein Schiff® and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, to shape the cruise industry for a more sustainable tomorrow and to realize net-zero cruise operations by 2050.
We are delighted that S&Z, together with Carlsberg & Richter GmbH and AD&D Werbeagentur GmbH, was able to support the report preparation for the second year in a row. Thank you very much for the cooperation!

In June, we were delighted to co-host the UL-S&Z Business Meeting in Hamburg together with our partner UL Solutions. The event brought together forward-thinking professionals from across northern Germany to dive deep into the theme: "Value-Creating Sustainability Management until 2028." The program highlighted impactful strategies, ESG-driven business value, and future innovations. Engaging discussions and meaningful networking made it clear: sustainability is a key driver of long-term success.
We are proud to have facilitated meaningful connections, actionable insights, and a shared commitment to sustainable progress. A special thanks to our expert speakers and all participants for your openness and contributions.

From 11-13 March 2020, S&C was part of the conference "Human Rights Due Diligence and Reparation and the Impacts of Business Activities" in Mexico City. S&C took an active part in a corporate workshop, engaged in dialogue with the participants, and reported on experiences with procedures for identifying human rights risks and complaint mechanisms.
The conference was jointly organized by, among others, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre, Oxfam, Project Poder, OHCHR Mexico, OECD, ILO and the University of Monterrey. Its main objective was to launch the debate in Mexico on the need for binding legislation to deal with human rights impacts on business, with particular emphasis on human rights due diligence.
